GROUND SHIPPING (Processing Time + Delivery Time)
Please allow 1–3 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be fulfilled and processed. This handling time is separate from the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once processed, your package will be shipped using the method you chose at checkout:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In relation to international shipping, Haven Nova Swim is not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur from the delivery of a package. Additionally, deliverability may need to be worked out with your respective post office. You may get a notification from USPS that your package has been “delivered” although it isn’t in your possession yet. This typically occurs once the handoff from USPS to your local post office happens. Please wait an additional two days before reaching out about a potential lost package.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your items and the selected shipping method.

Domestic shipping starts at $5.99 for lightweight orders.

Faster shipping options like USPS Priority Mail Express will cost more depending on speed and weight.

International shipping rates vary by weight and destination.
We do not currently offer same-day or guaranteed delivery services beyond what the carriers provide.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for:

Incorrectly entered shipping addresses

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Orders are shipped to the address exactly as entered at checkout. If your browser or device auto-fills your address, please double-check it before submitting.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and in some cases, the same day. If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes and are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

Check with neighbors or your building's mail area

Wait a few hours — carriers sometimes scan packages early
If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us at yourfriends@havennovaswim.com within 3 days of the marked delivery. We’ll contact the carrier to investigate.
We cannot replace or refund orders reported missing more than 3 days after delivery.
HOW TO CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
If you haven’t received your package within 8 days of getting your shipping confirmation, email us at yourfriends@havennovaswim.com with your name and order number.
